Avon Commission For New Representatives – New Representative Earnings Program
The Avon Commission structure acts like a true launching pad for new Avon Representatives. It allows those Avon representatives who are just starting their business a way to earn all of the must-have products they need to experience to make their business successful!
With percentage based bonus cash paid all along the way, it’s a great pathway to obtaining the company’s elite President’s Club ranking, held by the top sellers in the company.
Let’s break down how the Avon Commission structure works for new representatives in 2022.
- New Representatives earn 25% on their cumulative campaign sales over $40. Earnings start after $40 is accumulated in the campaign.
- When a New Representative accumulates $100 in a campaign, they will be eligible to receive a 5% bonus, increasing their earnings percentage to 30% on eligible products.
- Earn up to $3800 in product bundles when you accumulate your first $5000 in sales.
Avon Commission for Avon Representatives
If you are an Avon Representative who has sold less than $5000 in products last year, you are also eligible for the new representative incentive outlined above once you increase your sales by 10% over last year.
Avon Commission For Premier Representatives
The new Avon Commission plan is giving premier level representatives the opportunity to earn like Presidents Club.
To be eligible for this program, a representative must have sold at least $5000 prior to June 2022.
Here’s how it works;
- Earn 30% on all campaign orders
- When you accumulate $400 in a single campaign, you will earn a 10% bonus on all beauty products you sell. Your total campaign commission will be 40% after your bonus is paid.
- earn up to $1000 in products based on your sales goals.
Avon Commission for Top Sellers
Avon top sellers can earn up to 50% commission on their sales.
How much you earn depends on how much you sell throughout the calendar year.
Let’s break down the Avon Commission Levels:
- Presidents Club – 40% earnings – $10,000 in annual sales
- Honor Society – 40% earnings – $20,000 in annual sales
- Rose Circle – 45% earnings – $35,000 in annual sales
- David H Mconnell – 45% earnings – $50,000 in annual sales
- Presidents Council – 45% earnings – $100,000 in annual sales
- Inner Circle – 50% earnings – $200,000 in annual sales
Top sellers are eligible to earn up to $1000 in product bundles when they achieve a 10% increase over prior year and they accumulate targeted sales goals.

Avon Commission for Leaders
Leaders can earn a second steam of Avon commissions through their team sales.
Leaders earn a percentage based on the sales of their downline. There is no requirement to participate in the Avon Leadership program, nor do you need to “buy” your earnings.
Here are the three things you need to qualify for Avon Leadership Commission:
- Personal sales of $200
- A specified number of orders from those you have personally recruited
- Your team sales goal (your sales + your total downline sales)
You are paid your Avon Commission for leadership when you have achieved the three qualifications outlined above in a single campaign.
